The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology is built on a combination of Native American techniques and Asian body maps that chart the reflex points on the face, combined with Zone Theory. It is deeply relaxing treatment helping to ease stress and tension.

Gentle Touch TM Reflexology for Babies & Children Reflexology uses a lighter touch on hands or feet and a shorter sequence making it suitable from birth to 16. It is a soothing and calming 30 minutes that can help with colic, teething, digestive issues, sleep and anxiety, and balancing hormones during puberty. Sessions are adapted to suit the baby or child and are always carried out with the parent present and with parental permission.
*Please allow an extra 30 minutes on the first visit for a full consultation with the parent and child.

I have a Level 5 Practitioner Diploma in Reflexology which includes specialist training in fertility & maternity care, palliative care, stress and anxiety. I am trained in The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology and I am a qualified practitioner and instructor in Gentle Touch ™ Reflexology for Babies and Children. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, and I am DBS checked.

Emma was very welcoming & professional & her premises are calm & comfortable. Having not had this type of treatment before I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was both enjoyable & relaxing from start to finish & Emma put me at ease immediately. Such a relaxing reflexology experience! I got so comfortable during the session that I actually drifted off and then startled myself awake — which probably says everything about how calming it was.

The whole treatment was soothing from start to finish, and I left feeling lighter and stress-free. Highly recommend if you need a proper unwind.
