The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology is built on a combination of Native American techniques and Asian body maps that chart the reflex points on the face, combined with Zone Theory. It is deeply relaxing treatment helping to ease stress and tension.

Gentle Touch TM Reflexology for Babies & Children Reflexology uses a lighter touch on hands or feet and a shorter sequence making it suitable from birth to 16. It is a soothing and calming 30 minutes that can help with colic, teething, digestive issues, sleep and anxiety, and balancing hormones during puberty. Sessions are adapted to suit the baby or child and are always carried out with the parent present and with parental permission.
*Please allow an extra 30 minutes on the first visit for a full consultation with the parent and child.

I have a Level 5 Practitioner Diploma in Reflexology which includes specialist training in fertility & maternity care, palliative care, stress and anxiety. I am trained in The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology and I am a qualified practitioner and instructor in Gentle Touch ™ Reflexology for Babies and Children. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and I am DBS checked.
