Gentle Touch TM Reflexology for Babies & Children Reflexology uses a lighter touch on hands or feet and a shorter sequence making it suitable from birth to 16. It is a soothing and calming 30 minutes that can help with colic, teething, digestive issues, sleep and anxiety, and balancing hormones during puberty. Sessions are adapted to suit the baby or child and are always carried out with the parent present and with parental permission.
*Please allow an extra 30 minutes on the first visit for a full consultation with the parent and child.

I have a Level 5 Practitioner Diploma in Reflexology which includes specialist training in fertility & maternity care, palliative care, stress and anxiety. I am trained in The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology and I am a qualified practitioner and instructor in Gentle Touch ™ Reflexology for Babies and Children. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, and I am DBS checked.

I have been having 'Top to Toe' reflexology sessions with Emma for quite a few months now and I can’t express just how much I love it! I’ve never felt so relaxed as I do during and after each one. Emma is very gifted at what she does and our consults before/after are very thoughtful and helpful. Her treatment space is cozy and comfortable with a wonderful choice of music.
I’ve also been bringing my 13-year old son for 'Gentle Touch' reflexology sessions to help with his "busy brain". Just like me, he also feels comfortable and relaxed during and after his time with Emma.
