About
I have a Level 5 Practitioner Diploma in Reflexology which includes specialist training in fertility & maternity care, palliative care, stress and anxiety. I am trained in The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology and I am a qualified practitioner and instructor in Gentle Touch ™ Reflexology for Babies and Children. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, and I am DBS checked.

Such a relaxing reflexology experience! I got so comfortable during the session that I actually drifted off and then startled myself awake — which probably says everything about how calming it was.
